The treatments specified in the previous points, can be perform by using the computerized or manual modes with procedures that ensure the conformity with the regulations in force.
In case of treatment with information technology tools, particularly with the use of electronic mail, the Data Controller, in order to monitor the proper reception and reading by those concerned of the information transmitted, will place in the same communications some tags that allow the verification of the receipt, reading of the message and checks of any link selected by the concerned.

Employees who operate under the direct authority of the “Data Manager” and who was been appointed as Data Trustees and have received, in this regard, adequate operative instructions, will process your personal data.
Besides the employees, some processing of your personal data may also be made by third parties, with registered office in Italy and/or abroad, to whom the owner entrusts certain activities of a technical nature or organizational or management (or part thereof) for the supply and implementation of the above mentioned services.
